What are your business hours?

For dogs:

• Rabies - Yearly OR every 3 years

• DHLPP or Distemper/Parvo - Yearly

• Bordetella (Canine Cough) - Intranasal every 6 months, injectable once yearly, or orally once yearly

• We recommend dogs that board frequently have the Canine Influenza vaccine. Please talk with your veterinarian or visit the CDC's website for more information.

For cats:

• Rabies - Yearly or every 3 years

• FVRCP (Distemper) - Yearly

• Feline Leukemia (for outdoor cats) - Yearly

We also recommend dogs and cats have monthly flea and tick control. If fleas or ticks are present on your pet at the time of check in, a removal treatment will be done at the owner's expense.

How early do I need to make reservations for the holidays?

Holiday reservations should be made well in advance as we do book up very fast! For major holidays such as the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Spring Break week, you should plan on making your reservation a few months in advance.

What vaccines are required?

Come take a tour of our facility so you can feel confident you're leaving your pet in good hands.

Is there a multiple pet discount?

Yes. The first pet is full price and each additional pet in the same suite is 50% off. If you choose to have your pets boarded in separate suites, each suite is discounted $2.

I have more than one dog. Can they stay in the same room together?

Yes, if you want them to! We do reserve the right to separate pets if they are not getting along for any reason. Full price for the additional suite will apply.

What things do I need to bring for my pet's stay?

Kuranda (cot type) pet beds are available for each guest. A blanket is provided at the owner's request, or you may bring ONE clean, machine-washable bedding item per pet. There is a 3 toy limit per pet, and tennis balls are NOT allowed. We encourage you to bring your pet’s regular food to help prevent any upset tummies, but please remember to leave extra food for your pet in case it may be needed. If you prefer, we will provide our in-house Purina dog food. Please make sure all belongings and the container with your pet's food and/or treats are labeled appropriately with your pet's name prior to check-in.

We provide food and water bowls or buckets. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

Can you give my dog their medications/supplements?

Yes. Any medication/supplement needs to be packaged in their original container or a suitable substitute indicating the pet's name, medication/supplement name, strength, dosage, and prescribing veterinarian. If your pet requires special treats to disguise the medication, please provide those as well. An additional $3.00 per day fee applies for pets requiring insulin injections. We do not accept pets that have just had a medical procedure, have stitches or open wounds, or that are on medication for any contagious illnesses.

Do you accept puppies & kittens?

Yes, puppies and kittens are accepted at 6 months of age if they have completed their first 3 sets of vaccinations. Puppies must also have completed the first vaccination for Canine Cough (Bordetella).

How often will my dog go outside?

No matter which size of suite your pet stays in, each pet is taken out into one of our large exercise yards 3-4 times daily for exercise and potty breaks. Each outside playtime /potty break is 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the temperature outside. All yards are completely enclosed and covered for your pet's safety.

How often will my cat get play time?

Each cat will get at least 2 play time sessions per day. Each play time session includes 1 cat or 1 family of cats having personal time in our large cat condo room, which has toys, windows with an outside view, and a TV for their entertainment.

Will my dog get any nap time during the day?

Yes. Each pet is secured in their suite from 12 PM to 2 PM. The lights are dimmed and pet music is played so they can relax and rest to reduce sore pads and any possible grumpiness.

What kind of cooling and heating system do you have?

Our entire facility is heated and air conditioned.

Can I arrange to pick up or drop off my pet after-hours?

Yes. You can schedule a reasonable after-hour time by notifying the kennel during regular business hours. There is an additional fee of $20 for this service.

ALL dogs must be leashed or in a pet carrier when on our property. For the safety of all, keep your dogs leashed or properly restrained when entering or leaving our building.

Can I stop by and look at your boarding facility?

Of course! A member of our staff will happily show you around and explain our services to you. In fact, we recommend you tour any facility you’re thinking of leaving your pet. Please do not bring your pet when coming for a tour. For safety reasons, small children are not allowed in the

kennel area.

Does my pet just sit in a cage all day?

No! We wouldn’t hear of it! Each suite is separate, airy and large. The staff remains in the kennel area, cleaning, freshening water bowls, giving treats, etc the entire day. We love our guests and make sure each and every animal gets hugs and love throughout the day.

Can I call and check on my pet?

Of course you can! We understand you may be a little nervous or worried while leaving your pet in our care. Feel free to call us anytime during regular business hours to check on your pet and we will be happy to give you a report.
